Today when i opened the fridge for my coffee, i smelled durians.
yesterday was the third consecutive day that my mom brought home durians!

It is recommended as a good source of raw fats by several raw food advocates, while others classify it as a high-glycemic or high-fat food, recommending to minimise its consumption.
Personally I think because of the nutrients such as potassium and the serotonergic amino acid tryptophan, it is a good supplement! But I do not recommend eating it daily (such as what my mum is doing now).
Anyways, it is filling and I had it for breakfast today again :)
