Some pictures for Paris in Sorority Life.

You have the opportunity to study aboard in Paris for the next 8 weeks! There are new missions, new glam, even new fighting!

To complete your study aboard objectives, you need to collect 20 special items representative of Paris (you can find them listed on the Paris Home Page) which gets you a special reward! Get started by clicking on the different locations on the Paris map. Alloyes!

Basically you need lots of Metro tickets. 

And (Paris aside), I got this Senior Accessorizer Achievement by owning 500 accessories, each with a Charm of Popularity of at least 16! Reward: 1 Brownie Point from the House M

Sorority Life - New Look for House Members

I admit I haven't went to my House for so long! A few months?

The new look is sweet! All the sisters are showing off their look and you have check button to vote for them and a house button to remove them from your house. One click only! Abit like Japanese style.

Any sisters that you've voted for (in Catwalk and in the House tab) will be shown. See the orange circles.

And if you click on the Vote button, you get the mini pop up for the voting screen that is similar to the catwalk.

Sorority Life - Paris

I suddenly noticed that the banner was clickable in Sorority Life. I hovered my cursor over it incidentally and found that the picture seemed to look different.

It was the picture of the plane with a flag with the word Paris.

Make sure you have everything you need before travelling aboard...

You need a Passport before you can go to Paris! Post to your wall, and if any of your sisters click on it, both of you will get free Passport to Paris! You also have a chance to earn a Passport to Paris everytime you do a mission

I offered the passport and see what it will bring me...

Sorority Life - New Look for Voting

I noticed this change today only.

I went to the Catwalk and saw this pinkish box. Nice touch! (See the old Catwalk here)

It shows who are the hottest in Sorority Life Catwalk.

Then if you want to vote, the usual button is at the bottom now.

I always do the Vote for 25 Sisters.

There is another one which lets you vote individually. This is the Vote for Sisters at the top right hand corner of the Catwalk page.

It is different too. Because now you can scroll and choose instead of the old one. It shows you the real name and the SL name. Use the arrows on the left and right to scroll and the blue button at the bottom to vote.

Once you voted you will see that you receive $50 for the vote. Your sister gets the $50 too! Previously the voter gets nothing and it just wasn't fair!

But will this cause inflation? Haha! Virtual world...

Sorority Life - Letters to Juliet

This is another event I did in Sorority Life - Letters to Juliet.

It costs only 2 energy and what I did was just to leave the screen running for parts that I wasn't interested in... You get 2 Influence Points and $2,000 Cash...



The Glam - Letters To Juliet - also appears under the Accessories. It has 10 Charm and 12 Popularity!

Sorority Life - Cherry Blossum Event

I did the Cherry Blossom Event and got the sweet dress :)

Used up all the accessories that my sisters sent me, Thank you Sisters!

This is the event. You need 2 Energy, 1 Sister, and the items which are listed further down this page.

This is the screen you should see after the event has completed

The Glam Reward is the Asymmetrical Kimono Dress. It has 27 Charm and 24 Popularity. I think everyone can have only 1 piece since it is not purchasable.

This is me wearing it... The left one is with the accessories for the event, and the right one shows how I would accessorize myself.

  

Now just to show you, there is another similar dress - the Blue Summer Yukata.

Actually it is a good idea to do all these events because even if you don't collect the full set of items you are able to use the Charms and Popularity for the collectibles...

Sorority Life - Love Your Sisters' Style

I think I simply have too much to do!

Just realised how time flies when I saw this picture for Sorority Life... I took these screen shots on 14 April! And it's already 30 April...

Well, this is my CY... My Sorority Sweetheart.

Sorority Life allows activities now and I chose a trip to the Gym (Gym Date) so that both of us can maintain our figures!

He thank me at that time...

But left me the next day!

There is also the new Sorority Life Vintage Boutique that was introduced on 22 April 2010.
The items were available for only 24hours but I did not have the purchasing pow$r so I did not check it out then.

Saw a few nice stuff today... Doesn't the Pink Rose Hem Dress look sweet?

It does look nice on me, doesn't it? 

 

There, I normally wear my sweet Earth Day dress and the nice heels from the Valentines Day Collection. The Blond Hair With HeadBand is from one of the events, I think?

Oh yes, there is this new Voting for Sisters, called Love Your Sisters' Style?

Now this is different from the Vote for your sister. Both come under the CatWalk though. If you click on the Vote for your Sisters! (the first purple box), you will be able to see this new thing. (Normally this is how I vote, because I really have no time now! Sorry Sisters!)

This Love Your Sisters' Style thing is at the top Right Hand Corner. (See Orange Arrow 1). Once you click on it, then you will be able to click on the Pink box aka Vote and Share Bonus (See Orange Arrow 2).

If you click on the Vote for your sisters, you will see this screen which tells you that it is not valid.

Sorority Life - Spring Polka Dot Dress

I have never known Easter to be so green...

The Mafia Easter Crime Basket gives me the Polka Dot Egg for 200 XP and I like it because Yx is happy :)

I got it for helping her with her Easter Crime Basket.

Social City - Tutorial Screenshots

My friend YC persuaded me to join Social City and here are my screen shots...

These are the tutorials. I wonder if everyone sees a girl? I think she's a female secretary...

I was told to create population... that green thing is a house.

Then I was told about the factory to let them work...

And then there is this contract thing for the factory. Of course I choose the 5min thing...

 Then somehow the pretty secretary called me Mayor! I like the sound of that! well, she mentioned soemone called Karin and I don't know who was that?

Well I got this Daily Bonus out of nowhere and I am not complaining!

Then there is this Collect Coins once the factories are done producing the 5 minute puffs...

And then there's the leisure thing for the population to do...

 Gotta choose the Build Icon and then the 3rd Tab for types of Building from the left (Leisure)

And then the first Leisure facility turn out to be a BasketBall court!

Well, I was then supposed to brag, erm publicize my achievements... The lady doesn't looked that nice now... In fact abit evil, I would say ;p

And then the game goes on...

This reward of 500 Social City Coins and 40 XP is for the Mayoral Sash... something I got for something I did. Wish I knew what it was ;p

 And suddenly I am a level 2! Man, it is fast!

And Social City thanked me for signing up with them, $5,000 Coins and 50XP!
Wow! and I got this Post Office building... It was in my gift box...

And I went to build my own factory and got this badge... another $5,000 coins and 15XP for reward, Not bad ar!

Then I got this notice where I was given a Community Center and now I am a Wide Spot In the Road! lol

Oh I guess it must be the population growth...
Well...

And then I am a Level 3! Whoopie!

And I got promoted to a Bronze Leisure Trophy for my cinema... I had a Coffee Joint as well, since I simply cannot live without it... Another 500 Coins and 10 XP

Then I went to accept my friend's invite and I got myself my first neighbour!

And she (Feng for now) needed help! I needed to rescue this cute kitty from a tree... and organised a rescue mission!

And I got 350 Coins for the Kitty Rescue...

And this is my Social City now...

The arrows or yellow signages (on the left) are the populations I could grow. The orange signages (those on the right) are the factories that are free to work...

And you can see my first neighbor :)

Well I guess the game is simply fun. Not too sure the objective but I think you need lots of coins or cash to build your houses and factories... invest!
