How to do Data Validation in Microsoft Words

I did this for a colleague at work.

Data validation restricts the content of the selected cells.

To set Data Validation, first select the Column or the fields that you want to put the restriction on, then:

Step 1: Select Data

Step 2: Select Data Validation

Step 3: Select Data Validation

Step 4: Under Settings, select List
