Cooked this for my Darlings' dinner tonight.
Of course I had a share too.
Ingredients are
1/2 cup of brown rice
2 stalks of celery
5 red dates
2 pieces of cabbage leaves
2 apples (cut into quarters)
1 teaspoon of olive oil
It is quite nice but a tad too oily for me.
