HDB - Surface car park improvements

Recently my parents were talking about this letter they received from HDB.

Measures to improve the parking situation at surface car park U23 (serving Blks 407 to 426) Bukit Batok West Ave 2/4

They had the impression that the new timing seems to require more money out of their pockets.

For me, I realised that the blocks addressed in the letter were actually in my zone. I am in Zone 1 for the Bukit Batok RC.
