Fishville - Medicine

Fishville has introduced a new item - Medicine.

You can find it under the Food Icon.

I think this Medicine serves a few purpose:
1) to pacify players who don't log in on a regular basis to feed/sell their fishes
2) to simply prolong the duration when the players can go on holiday away from Fishville
3) to attract players to spend money on the Medicine
