I was asked by a friend how to send gifts in Mafia Wars.
Once you are inside Mafia Wars (after logging into Facebook), You click on
Inventroy > Loot > Send Gift (any item)
You will be brought to a new screen. Then you can do a find (Control - F) and click on the the item you want to send (eg: C4) and then do another find for the person you want to send the gifts to (eg: Pek Lyn).
This is the screen where you do the Control-F keys.
