Thank you FrontierVille neighbors! I found that I can complete the cabin after I click on the Cabin Frame.
It shows that I have one of each tool - Hammer, Nails, Brick, Hand Drill and Paint Bucket. I went to click Finish and then it shows that a completed cabin! When I clicked on it, there is a Collect Bonus which allows me to get 10 XP from a wood!
The bonus reward is: 400 Coins and 25 XP.
