Other events in FrontierVille includes this Neighbor Help Crop event. Simply put, you need to go to your neighbors' farm or site or homestead to do some labor work!

People on the frontier help each other out. Go check the neighbor's crops 'n be sure they're all right.

Tend One Unready Neighbor Crop 

Tend One Ripe Neighbor Crop.

Hint: You can tend neighbor crops even before they're ready for harvest.
