Mafia Wars - More on Power Attack

I wrote about the Power Attack earlier. It seems like it is really random. Anyway I edited another screenshot... adapting to my previous post.

So it is this Power Attack button that appears below the "Ask Mafia to Attack and Let them Get a Reward."
It shows the "Attack again 5 times!"...
