Another recipe. I cooked this for my darlings but I took it for my dinner too.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Brocolli
1/2 cup Cabbage
1 Pear
Place all ingredients in the cooker and cook till the rice is soft. Serve when cooled.
Tastes bland without any seasoning but it is healthy. Alternative, you may want to just boil the ingredients without the brown rice. It is a tasty soup too :)
